1. Simply contact the leasing office for your tenant code and provide them with your email address.

2. Your email address will then become your username when you create your account at the top right-hand side of this website!

How do I create a username and password?
Click the upper right-hand corner of the Homepage where the login info is located. To create your username and password, click "create one". Fill in each of the fields to have access to Pay Rent Online and to enter a Service Request Online.

How do I pay my rent online?
Logon to the site in the upper right-hand corner. If you have not yet created a username and password, see the above answer. Once you have logged on, click "Pay My Rent" on the left-hand side of the screen.
